In accordance with Romanian law (OUG 34/2014) implementing EU Directive 2011/83/EU, KASAI is required to provide you with the following information before you are bound by any purchase contract with us.

2. The Products

The main characteristics of each product, including fabric composition, colour, available sizes, and fit guidance, are described on the individual product page. You are responsible for reviewing this information before placing your order. All products are sold for personal, non-commercial use only.

3. Total Price

The total price of your order, including product price, applicable VAT, and any shipping cost, is displayed clearly at checkout before you confirm payment.

For orders within Romania and the EU, VAT is included in the displayed price and no additional charges apply upon delivery.
For orders outside the EU, the displayed price does not include import duties, customs fees, or destination country taxes. These are the responsibility of the recipient.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. KASAI is not liable for courier delays once your order has been dispatched.

5. Payment

Payment is due in full at the time of ordering. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Google Pay, and Apple Pay, processed securely through Netopia Payments. Bank transfer is also available.

6. Your Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase contract within 14 calendar days of the date you receive your order, without providing a reason, subject to the exclusions below.

This right does not apply to:

Garments made to your specific measurements or personalised at your explicit request
Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or returned without original tags and packaging

To exercise this right, notify us in writing before the 14-day period expires by emailing contact@kasai-studio.com, or by completing the Standard Withdrawal Form available at www.kasai-studio.com/withdrawal-form.

7. Legal Guarantee of Conformity

All products sold by KASAI are covered by a legal guarantee of conformity of 2 years from the date of delivery, in accordance with Romanian law implementing EU Directive 2019/771. To report a non-conformity, contact us at contact@kasai-studio.com within 48 hours of delivery.

8. Contract Formation

Your purchase contract with KASAI is formed when we send you an order confirmation email confirming that your payment has been processed and your order accepted. Prior to this confirmation, no binding contract exists.

9. Complaint Handling and Dispute Resolution

For any complaints, contact us first at contact@kasai-studio.com. We aim to respond to all complaints within 2 business days.

10. Governing Law

Your contract with KASAI is governed by the laws of Romania. This does not affect any mandatory consumer protection rights you hold under the law of your country of residence within the EU.
